Self-taught artist based in Los Angeles.

Oil painter focusing on capturing mood, light and emotional depth. Through layered textures and intentional color palettes to reveal mood, atmosphere, and subtle energy.

Although oils is my preferred medium, I also experiment with charcoal, ink and watercolor. This allows me to explore a variety of different textures, techniques and compositions for future work. My favorite pieces are effortless at first glance but took years to achieve such subtle quick gestures.

Each painting I aim to produce a sense of the old world with admiration to the old masters enriched with intentional strokes, layers with various textures that make an impact with each piece.
